WhiteChicksAI Terms of Use
WhiteChicksAI is an independent AI creator tool operated by an individual creator. Use it only for lawful, authorized, original creation. You remain responsible for how you publish or distribute the videos you make.
Your rights and consent
You must own each upload or have explicit permission from every identifiable adult shown, and you may only upload pets you own or are allowed to photograph. You must be 18 or older to use the service.
Prohibited use
Do not upload or create content involving minors, public figures or celebrities, nudity or sexual content, violence or gore, hate or harassment, copyrighted characters, stolen media, or material intended for fraud, impersonation, defamation, political deception or any unlawful purpose.
Video packs and payment
Packs are one-time payments processed by Whop: $9.90 for 1 video, $19.90 for 3 videos, $29.90 for 5 videos. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Unused videos do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. A video is reserved when generation starts and restored if the generation fails or is blocked.
Music and motion
Your download restores the template soundtrack (A Thousand Miles), or you can choose a video-only download. The AI aims to follow the scene’s timing and singing, but exact lip sync and movement are not guaranteed. A generated video does not include a music license: you are responsible for confirming that any soundtrack you publish is authorized for your account, territory and purpose. Platforms may identify the recording and mute, restrict or remove a post, and may require an AI-generated label.
AI output limits
Generation is probabilistic. Faces, pets, hands and timing can vary between shots, and identity is not guaranteed to be preserved perfectly. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery time or social-media results. Review every output before publishing it.
Violations and termination
We may refuse, stop or remove content that breaks these terms, restrict access to the service, and close accounts involved in serious or repeated abuse. We act on valid rights complaints.
Refunds and downloads
Refunds follow the refund policy. Private media expires after seven days; download your result while the link is active. Contact support@whitechicksai.com with questions about these terms.
