WhiteChicksAI Privacy Policy
Your photos are inputs to a video you ordered, not material for marketing or model training. We collect only what we need to create, deliver and support that video.
What we process
Your email address, account or guest session, order and balance records, the photos you upload, the template you choose, supplier task identifiers and the resulting scene image and video. Card numbers and security codes are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
Who helps provide the service
Cloudflare hosts the website, database and private media storage. Popcraft runs the AI models: GPT Image 2.5 creates the 16:9 scene image (Nano Banana is used once only if GPT Image 2.5 declines a request on safety grounds) and WAN 3.0 creates the video. APIMart runs the same models as backup after a confirmed balance rejection, unavailable authorization before submission, or a confirmed failed segment. Whop processes payments. Resend delivers email. Google provides optional sign-in. When configured, Cloudflare Turnstile protects sign-in forms. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate visits without advertising cookies. Each supplier receives only what it needs for the requested step.
How photos reach AI suppliers
Suppliers fetch your photos and the scene image through unguessable HTTPS links that expire within 24 hours. Supplier review and retention practices can differ from ours, and copies held by a supplier may remain after our own deletion. Do not upload identity documents or sensitive images.
Retention
Photos and generated videos are deleted after 7 days. Photos from a failed or blocked generation are deleted immediately. Deleting a video or your account data removes them sooner. Minimal order records are kept where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, tax or legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can delete an individual video from its result page or My videos, and request deletion of all your data on the Delete my data page. You can ask for a copy or correction of your account information at support@whitechicksai.com. We do not sell personal data or use your photos or videos to train AI models.
Cookies and logs
Essential cookies keep your session signed in and protect forms and private downloads; a first-visit cookie records which page or campaign brought you here. Crawler logs keep the public path, time, user agent, response status and IP address for operational checks. We do not use advertising cookies or Google Analytics.
Children
The service is for adults. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.
