You control your uploads and generated videos. Most deletions take one click; the rest take one email.
Delete one video
Open the video’s result page or My videos and choose Delete video. This removes the video, the video-only copy, the scene image and any remaining source photos straight away.
Delete all your data
Email support@whitechicksai.com from the address used for your purchase or account and ask us to delete your data. We confirm that you control that email, then remove your uploads, videos, unused balance and contact details. Minimal financial records may remain where required by law.
Automatic deletion
Photos and videos are deleted after 7 days even without a request, and photos from a failed generation are deleted immediately. Deleted media cannot be recovered.
Supplier copies
AI suppliers receive your photos through links that expire within 24 hours. Copies held by a supplier may remain under their own retention rules after our deletion.
