Describe what happened, when it happened and which browser you used. For an order question, provide the receipt email and order ID. Do not send card numbers, passwords or another person’s private photograph.
Copyright and safety reports
Identify the specific result or public example and the concern. A report does not automatically authorize a refund or reveal another person’s uploads. We review ownership and the request before acting.
Refunds and deletion
Refund requests follow the refund policy. You can delete a video yourself from its result page or My videos, or use the Delete my data page for everything else.
