WhiteChicksAI Refund Policy
Every generation either delivers a video or restores it to your balance. Payment refunds are available in the cases below.
Failed or blocked generations
If a generation fails or is blocked by a safety review, the video is restored to your balance automatically and the uploaded photos are deleted. An uncertain supplier submission is checked first, so you are never charged twice for one video.
When we refund a payment
Contact support@whitechicksai.com with your order ID within 14 days for a duplicate purchase, an order that was never delivered, or a material technical problem we cannot fix. Unused videos in a pack can also be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop, and the matching videos are removed from your balance.
What is not covered
Creative differences in expression, likeness or lip sync are not by themselves grounds for a refund once a video has been delivered; watch the template preview before buying. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
How long it takes
We reply within two business days. Once approved, refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
